A study tour was conducted for trainees of the Uttarakhand Forestry Training Academy to the Wildlife Institute of India (WII), Dehradun, where they received valuable insights into wildlife research, conservation strategies, and advanced ecological studies. The visit enhanced their understanding of scientific methods used in wildlife management.
The trainees also visited the Head of Forest Force (HoFF) Office, where they gained exposure to administrative functioning, policy implementation, and the role of leadership in effective forest governance.
