Today on 31/01/2025, newly appointed forest guards/forest beat officers trainees (41) were taken on an educational tour by #Uttarakhand_Forestry_Training_Academy, in which bird watching was done for the study of migratory birds in #Haripura Reservoir/Baur Reservoir and about 30 bird species, out of which 15 migratory birds were seen. The second study tour was to Forest Awareness Center #Sanjay Van! Such centers are called those places where people are made aware about the conservation of forests, wildlife and environment. The purpose of these centers is to explain the importance of wildlife, ecosystem and biodiversity and inspire people to protect the environment. In the study tour, guidance was given by Mr. (ACF) Deputy Director Mayank Mehta, Session Director Mr. Rajendra Singh Bisht and Forest Range Officer (FRO) Mr. Roop Narayan Gautam
