On July 26, 2025, Forest Guard trainees from Section A (Second Session – 2025) of the Uttarakhand Forestry Training Academy, Haldwani, undertook an educational visit to the Wildlife Transit Rescue Centre at Ranibagh and the Sultanpur Resin Depot, Kathgodam. At the rescue centre, Senior Veterinary Officer Dr. Tarun Garg provided insights into wildlife rescue procedures. At the resin depot, Forest Range Officer Shri Daman Kumar Sharma and Deputy Ranger Shri Deepchand Pandey explained resin tapping and sale-purchase practices. The visit was conducted under the guidance of Session Coordinator Ms. Kamla Nyal.
